Definitions:

Types of Data collected:
The Personal Data that this Application collects, alone or through third parties, are: cookies, Usage Data, first name, surname, gender, telephone number, company name, profession, country, email address, postal code, city, field of activity, User identity, website, geographical location, address, username, password, fax number, photo, various types of Data, prefix, language, profile photo and handling of Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, YoutubeChannel, Google +.
All Data requested by this Application is mandatory and failure to provide such Data may make it impossible for this Application to provide its services. In cases where this Application specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to communicate such Data without any consequences to the availability or functionality of the service. Users who are uncertain about which Personal Data are mandatory are welcome to contact the Owner. Any other use of Cookies- or other tracking tools- by this Application or by the owners of third party services used by this Application serves the purpose of providing the service required by the User.
Users are responsible for any third party Personal Data that is acquired, published or shared through this Application and confirm that they have the consent of the third party to provide the Data to the Owner.
By providing his/her Data, the User gives his/her consent to the processing of the Data for the purposes described below.
How the Data is processed
Data processing is carried out by electronic means and other physical means (hard copy storage), following organisational procedures and methods strictly related to the appropriate purposes. In addition to the Data Controller in certain cases, the Data may be accessible to specific types of persons responsible, involved in the operation of the website (management, sales, marketing, legal, management system) or to external parties (such as third party service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) designated, if necessary, as Processors. By filling in the contact form with his/her Data, the User authorizes this Application to use these details to respond to requests for information, reports or any other type of request indicated by the header of the form. Personal Data collected. Users of the telephone contacts who provided their telephone number may be contacted for commercial or promotional purposes related to this Application, as well as to make support requests. Personal Data collected: first name, surname, gender, profession, field of activity, city, country, company name, email address, telephone number, mailing address.

Protection of Personal Data
The Data Controller has taken all measures to protect the collected data and keep them encrypted. In the event of a breach, there will be immediate notification of the user within seventy-two hours of any incident by email.

Usage Data
Information may be automatically collected by this Application (or by third party services employed by this Application), which may include: the IP address or domain names of the computers used by Users using this Application, the IP address (Uniform Resource Identifier), the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file sent in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response to the request, and the number of the request.
Cookies
Small parts of the data are stored on the User’s device for purposes related to the operation of our website. It helps to store information related to the User’s visit such as language, password and profile retention and other settings. Cookies are used to maintain safe search preferences and improve the memory of the page about the individual user, advertising purposes, counting traffic per page, easier registration to the services and data protection.
