At the same time, on Sunday, February 23, the Association of Tourist Accommodation Entrepreneurs of Heraklion “Filoxenia”, organized a series of seminars entitled “Quality Hospitality and Customer Satisfaction”, with Dr. Dimitris Koutoulas as the speaker.
